Memorial Phrase (required) – Choose one:

Baby Boy or Baby Girl (required) – Choose one. If you don't enter a name, the center of the ornament will read "Baby Boy" or "Baby Girl."

Baby's Name (optional, up to 26 characters) – If you enter a name, it takes the place of "Baby Boy" or "Baby Girl" in the center of the ornament. Please enter it exactly as you'd like it engraved.

Date (optional) – Enter any date that is meaningful to your family, exactly as you'd like it to appear. If you leave it blank, the ornament will be made without a date. The date shown in our photos is only a sample.

For example, with a name and date entered, the center would read:
Emma Grace
Sept. 18, 2026

With no name or date entered, the center would simply read:
Baby Girl
