Because each item is made in small batches and many pieces are personalized or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
🌟 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
Once approved, I will send a replacement at no cost to you.
🎁 Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on my part or the item arrives damaged.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside my control. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, I will work with you on next steps.
