📦 Processing Time

Most items are made to order, and each piece is created with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or weather conditions.

🌟 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you use the Shop app, you can also track your order there.

🎁 Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders close together, I may combine them into one shipment when possible to reduce packaging and shipping costs.

📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside my control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, I will work with you on next steps.
